We can help you with a return, if you reach out within 30 days of the delivery date.
Our team will provide you with a return label to mail the package back to us!
Once your item has been returned we will refund you for the amount returned or send you the exchanged item. You are required to pay the exchanged shipping cost.
After you have been given your return label, you have 28 days to ship back the return.
Return Exclusions: Used products (challenges scratched, perforations torn, writing in the product, etc.), subscription items, film, and Gift Cards are not eligible for returns. Shipments to Switzerland are not eligble for a return. If a return comes to our warehouse and is used, the incorrect item, and/or no longer eligible for a return, we will not be able to refund you for that item.

We are able to do exchanges on products within 30 days of the delivery date.
The process will begin as a return but once the return is on its way back to us, proven by the tracking updates, we can begin the exchange process.
Customers are required to pay for the reshipment of the exchanged items. We will send an invoice with the new items and the shipping fees.
If you are wanting to exchange for a more expensive item we will ship your exchanged item(s) once an invoice for the difference has been paid.
If you are hoping to exchange for a less expensive item, we will refund you the difference.

We accept returns by the date that you reach out, so if one of our team members does not contact you until after 30 days, do not worry, we will still help you out!
Once your return has been processed by our fulfillment center, we will refund you for the returned item(s) not including the shipping costs.
If you are wanting an exchange we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs.
Please note: Packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed. See the Return Policy for return exclusions.
We cannot guarantee edits or order cancellations because your order will be sent to our warehouse shortly after you place your order.

We are only able to refund the original payment method that is on file from your order.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process and will be submitted back to your original method of payment.
You'll receive a notification via email once your refund has been submitted.
For defective/damaged products, contact us with a photo of the damage and our Customer Experience Team will help you with the next steps.
Please note: If you need a refund for a promo code, you can only use one promo code can be used per order, and we cannot backdate promotions that have already expired. We cannot refund for a promo code without the promo code title and the code must be active at the date of your order. Free shipping promotions are not applicable for international orders, shipments to Malta or Cypress, or express shipping.
