Never arrived, awful customer service
"Never arrived, courier sent back without attempting to deliver. Contacted customer support, they were able to determine it was the courier was wrong and the address was correct. But customer service wouldn’t resend to the correct address again, wanted a friend or neighbours address. Customer service wouldn’t send with a reputable courier (UPS/Fedex/Purolator/Canada Post) who all have delivered to the address without issue in the past. Requested a refund. Still have not got the refund as customer service won’t release the refund until the courier returns the package to their warehouse but it’s been three weeks already. Awful experience, cannot recommend even thought the concept and product look great."

"It arrived in great condition. I bought it as a gift for my newlywed niece. I can't wait to hear how she likes it. My husband and I bought the mini-dates one last year and just got around to opening our first date this week. We were both dreading it because the supplies listed paint and neither of us are artists. But we had the best time and I laughed so hard I cried at one point. It was a new way to connect and enjoy each other. Now I am really looking forward to the next one and regret not starting sooner."

I imagine it's due to the postal strike but as it was supposed to be a gift and I ordered at the beginning of November (we are now mid December), I'm really disappointed that the company didn't try an alternative method to deliver."
