Bad gift to give

"I like the idea, but the camera was defective camera. I want to reach out to customer service but I’m reading all the reviews. It says it’s terrible. Should I even bother?"

Fun, but expensive

"I couldn't figure out why the camera wasn't working. After dealing with Lomography customer service, since they're the manufacturer, I was very frustrated. With all the same information THEY told me that the camera is defective, but without the receipt they won't do anything about it. This was the only place to leave a review, also where the camera was purchased, so I left my review. Nearly immediately the customer service team at Adventure Challenge reached out, and turns out the camera wasn't even on! 🤦🏼‍:female_sign:🤣 Not amazing picture quality, but still very neat and nostalgic."

NO INSTRUCTIONS / many features

"No instructions? and no online instructions? there are so many features on this camera with no direction how to use them. All of the buttons have a code symbol rather than words, so basically I have NO CLUE what I'm doing. please email me a user guide or SOMETHING HELPFUL."

Best Customer Service

"I bought the Adventure Challenge Bundle in 2022. Once we finally opened it and went to use the camera we realized it didn’t work properly. I reached out to Adventure Challenge and after some quick diagnostics they immediately got me in contact with the correct people and had a new camera out to me. The best!"

Disappointment @ big $

"The stuff all seems great and wonderful and was so excited to do with my husband on our anniversary. However, that didn't happen because I searched hi and low for the film for the camera. To my utter dismay, it doesn't come with it! At the price we're paying for the camera or bundles. I'm Uber disappointed and mad at myself. Not sure I want to even keep any of it because it has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm trying to be fair in my review and not just critical. Be warned folks. . . . NO film in this expensive bleeping camera. Set yourself up for success y'all. Still unsure at this time. I'm just sad. . . . ."
